AUS Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped via Sendle. We charge a flat rate of $10 within Australia.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery times currently vary from 3-8 business days on average.

International Shipping

Sorry friends, we do not currently offer international shipping through our website. Please email us for any enquires and we can give you a quote.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available for Perth Metro customers only. Please select ‘local pickup’ at the check out.

Upon confirmation of the order, we will contact you by email to arrange a time for collection.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges or store credit can be provided for change of mind returns up to 14 days from date of delivery. Returns postage will be at the expense of the customer.

All sale items are final and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide images and a description. We will happily replace your item or issue a refund if that is preferred.
